Joshua Catlett is the founder and Managing Director of Verilo, a specialist healthcare business brokerage that has supported over 100 transactions representing more than £30 million in deal value.
A trained physiotherapist by background, Joshua founded his first clinic in his early twenties and scaled it from a single site to 36 locations through a series of acquisitions, before exiting to private equity. He now advises healthcare practice owners on strategy, valuation, and exit planning, and hosts The Leap – a podcast for healthcare entrepreneurs.
