Kevin has over 35 years experience in the UK property market having started his career in London’s West End and City markets.
Throughout his career Kevin has advised on commercial property acquisition and disposal work and built a strong corporate client base for whom he now specialises in providing strategic property advice.
Kevin is a member of the Vail Williams Health Care Team, which specialises in advising on a number of public sector clients such as Frimley Park NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Berks Foundation Trust, The Harrison Clinic, Surrey County Council, The Surrey and Sussex Police Crime Commission and numerous other Local Authorities. In addiction, he provides strategic property advice to a number of Global and National corporations such as Sony Europe BV, Marks and Spencer, Airspace Communications, Advantage Smollan and First group.
